Associate Case Processing Manager – Line Management

About the role

Ergomed’s PrimeVigilance division is seeking an Associate Case Processing Manager to lead ICSR (Individual Case Safety Report) activities for selected projects. The role combines line‑management of a pharmacovigilance team with direct interaction with clients to ensure high‑quality safety data processing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the ICSR team for assigned projects, distributing tasks and overseeing workflow.
• Maintain and optimise project‑specific KPIs, procedures, and training to boost team efficiency.
• Manage ICSR deviations in collaboration with the Operational Lead and ensure accurate tracker and timesheet data.
• Perform case processing and second‑level quality checks, acting as the subject‑matter expert for the team.
• Propose process improvements to the ICSR Operational Lead and support other SMEs.

Required profile

• Life‑science degree (pharmacy, nursing, or related) or equivalent pharmacovigilance experience.
• Extensive pharmacovigilance background with proven line‑management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organisational, delegation, planning and time‑management abilities.
• Attention to detail, multitasking capability and ability to work collaboratively.
