Candidate Experience Partner / Recruiter (Portuguese & Italian)

About the role

The Candidate Experience Partner will own the end‑to‑end journey of every applicant, from initial application through shortlisting. Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, you will help Siemens Energy attract and secure top talent while delivering a seamless, positive experience for candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse sourcing and conversion data in the ATS to optimise recruitment strategies and improve candidate experience.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to define role requirements and ensure a structured hiring process.
• Identify, attract and engage talent from internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants and external sources using innovative methods such as Boolean searches.
• Manage the full candidate journey, screening applicants, creating shortlists and communicating consistently throughout the process.
• Conduct phone or video interviews, document feedback and coordinate timely follow‑up with Hiring Managers.
• Act as a sourcing business partner, collaborating with stakeholders to continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion to build balanced candidate pools and strengthen Siemens Energy’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Fluency in Portuguese and Italian.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced Boolean search techniques for talent sourcing.
