Business Developer – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Engel & Völkers is seeking a motivated Business Developer to join its real‑estate team in Portugal. You will play a key part in expanding our portfolio of high‑end residential and commercial properties by identifying opportunities, engaging owners, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market analysis to spot promising areas and properties.
• Identify and approach property owners, actively searching for suitable listings.
• Interact with potential clients, perform property valuations, and promote Engel & Völkers services.
• Build and maintain relationships with real‑estate developers and provide regular feedback to owners.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Proven sales background with strong negotiation and customer‑acquisition skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Valid driver’s license and work permit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
