Associate Managing Consultant, Marketing Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant for its Marketing Services team in Lisbon. In this client‑facing position you will combine marketing expertise, data analytics and structured problem‑solving to design and execute campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes for Mastercard’s customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements, managing workstreams from analysis through implementation.
• Develop data‑driven acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Translate customer, market and performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Monitor performance, measure results and identify opportunities to improve ROI and customer impact.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and present findings confidently.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outputs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional internal and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing roles, agencies, consulting or similar client‑facing environments.
• Proven track record of managing or leading marketing projects with increasing responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven mindset.
