Arabic‑Speaking Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking professionals to join our international Customer Support team in Lisbon. This full‑time, on‑site position is within a fast‑paced Fintech environment, where you will help users worldwide with financial service and money‑transfer enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Arabic‑speaking clients, handling financial service and money‑transfer enquiries with accuracy and empathy.
• Communicate via phone, chat, and email in Arabic and English to resolve questions, address problems, and process requests.
• Investigate transaction‑related concerns and deliver timely, effective solutions that prioritize user satisfaction.
• Act as a professional ambassador for our global Fintech partner, maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues according to company protocols, ensuring thorough resolution and user security.
• Record all customer interactions, decisions, and resolutions with attention to detail using company systems.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Arabic (C1 level) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Excellent listening and problem‑solving abilities in a financial services context.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Previous experience in customer support or contact centre is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible, rotational shifts between 09:00 – 21:00, Monday to Sunday.

Required skills

• Fluent Arabic (C1) and English (B2) communication.
