Customer Service Representative – French & English (Lisbon)

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional B2B customer support in French and English via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist business clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver tailored solutions to optimise platform use.
• Identify account holders, verify account information, and maintain high standards of service.
• Comply with regulatory guidelines and procedures in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (mandatory).
• At least 6 months of customer‑oriented contact‑center experience (mandatory).
• Tech‑savvy with strong computer skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work various rotational shifts, including night shifts, on‑site.
• Must possess (or be eligible to obtain) a Portuguese NIF and NISS for employment and health‑insurance enrollment.

What we offer

• Base salary €930 gross per month (paid 14 times per year).
• Food allowance €7.63 per working day.
• Comprehensive relocation package with shared apartment for up to 12 months (utilities included; €280 accommodation fee deducted from payslip).
• 24/7 rotational shift schedule with two rotative days off per week.
