Analytics Strategic Project Manager – French Speaker

About the role

The Analytics Strategic Project Manager will lead cross‑functional initiatives that shape the HR Analytics strategy for a global banking group. Working in an agile, international environment, you will partner with product owners, data experts and senior HR stakeholders to ensure analytics projects align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transversal HR analytics projects from definition to delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the HR Analytics strategy.
• Monitor priorities, roadmaps and operational progress, ensuring alignment with HR objectives.
• Oversee budget monitoring and economic steering for initiatives and the team.
• Prepare and structure strategic committee meetings.
• Identify improvement areas, manage risks and ensure governance of analytics activities.
• Collaborate with two other Strategic Project Managers in France and with Product Owners, Chapter Leads and data experts.
• Communicate the data and analytics strategy to internal stakeholders and support the analytics community.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of project‑management experience, preferably in HR or large‑scale transformation.
• Strong affinity with IT and ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience working with senior leadership and top‑management stakeholders.
• Interest in analytics and familiarity with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of data‑governance and data‑quality principles.
