About the role

Join the hospitality team at Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club, a private members‑only community in Comporta, Portugal. As a 2nd Waiter you will deliver high‑quality service to members and guests in a luxury dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and prospects and ensure a warm first impression.
• Prepare and serve drinks, collect and verify food orders, and deliver meals promptly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, process additional course requests, and address any issues.
• Clear tables, reset settings, and replenish condiments throughout service.
• Stay up‑to‑date with menu items, specials, and restaurant information.
• Participate in daily briefings with managers and wait staff to discuss menu changes, reservations, and special guest needs.

Required profile

• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and composure under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and adaptable interpersonal style.
