About the role

Albertine is seeking a Private Lifestyle Manager who is fluent in French to join its elite concierge team. The role involves acting as a trusted lifestyle advisor for ultra‑high‑net‑worth members, delivering highly personalized, end‑to‑end solutions across travel, dining, events and bespoke experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking UHNW members across an omnichannel platform.
• Manage complex, time‑sensitive requests from initial enquiry through delivery, covering luxury travel, private aviation, ground transport, fine dining, exclusive events and bespoke services.
• Leverage global supplier relationships and research capabilities to identify premium solutions and mitigate risks.
• Conduct strategic member reviews, recommend personalized lifestyle options and drive engagement and renewal.
• Identify early signs of disengagement, lead service recovery efforts and maintain the highest standards of discretion and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑end concierge, luxury hospitality or lifestyle management.
• Fluent French language skills (written and spoken) and excellent English communication.
• Strong commercial acumen, judgment and ability to operate under demanding timelines.
• Client‑centric mindset with a focus on discretion, accuracy and service excellence.
