Telemarketing Agent – Hindi & English (On-site, Porto)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Agent who is fluent in Hindi and English to join our on‑site team in Porto. You will engage customers through outbound and inbound calls, promote our services, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone to provide support, promote products, and handle enquiries.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets and prepare activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Hindi and English.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
