Technical Customer Support (Dutch)

About the role

This position is for a Dutch‑speaking Technical Customer Support agent to join a leading outsourcing/BPO consultancy in Lisbon. You will interact with customers through phone, email, live chat and social media, providing clear information and basic technical assistance while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions across multiple communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and basic technical support.
• Document case details in the appropriate systems.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve concerns and close cases.
• Manage a personal queue of service tickets and prioritize tasks.
• Offer feedback to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch (verbal and written).
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, chat and social media.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues with guidance.
• Quick learner of new software and technologies.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
