Customer Service Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Attendant to join our Customer Service organization in Lisbon. The role manages the end‑customer order and service lifecycle, ensuring efficient handling of orders, inventories, and requests while maintaining high service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Handle replenishments and spot interventions, ensuring timely resolution for the end customer.
• Manage backorders and proactively report material shortage issues.
• Maintain accurate customer master data in ERP systems.
• Monitor material expiration dates, returns, and coordinate with logistics providers.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical and accounting stock, implementing corrective actions.

Required profile

• High school diploma with a business, commercial, or administrative focus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a commercial or customer service environment; entry‑level candidates may be considered.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, adaptability, and a customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
