Tech Recruiter (Lisbon)

About the role

GBT Solutions is looking for a proactive Tech Recruiter to lead the full recruitment cycle for technical positions across the Benelux region. Based in Lisbon, you will partner with hiring managers to attract top‑tier talent while promoting the company’s inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of technical roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Coordinate phone, virtual and in‑person interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Design and execute creative talent attraction strategies, including job postings, passive sourcing and talent mapping.
• Build and maintain high‑quality talent pools for current and future requisitions.
• Support employer branding, diversity & inclusion initiatives and local recruitment events.
• Update recruitment activities in the ATS (Workday or similar) and generate insightful recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a multinational or fast‑paced environment, preferably in tech.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
• Strong research, analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English communication skills.
