About the role
You will join the team in Portugal, reporting to the HR Manager, Aline, and act as the primary contact for recruiting our engineering teams based in Lisbon.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to offer closure.
- Write and distribute job postings and source candidates on job boards and professional networks.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to search for and engage suitable profiles.
- Conduct interviews and support candidates throughout the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Required profile
- Graduate in HR or a related field, with at least one successful experience in a similar role.
- Proactive, curious, autonomous, reliable and results‑oriented.
- Native‑level French and bilingual proficiency in English.
