Tax Compliance Manager

About the role

Driven Advisors, a leading financial advisory firm, is seeking a Tax Compliance Manager to lead planning, coordination and review of tax compliance engagements across diverse industries. The role ensures accurate, timely filings while providing leadership and mentorship to the tax team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and complete tax compliance engagements for corporate, partnership, fiduciary and individual clients.
• Allocate staff to engagements based on abilities and provide training and coaching.
• Ensure client tax return deadlines are met and engagement terms are fulfilled.
• Conduct primary and secondary reviews of complex federal and state income tax returns.
• Prepare client billings, assist with collections and evaluate staff performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with an active CPA license (Master’s or Law degree in Taxation is a plus).
• Minimum three years of experience as a senior tax accountant in a CPA firm.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
