Talent Partner – Global Technical Recruiting

About the role

Intermedia is seeking a Talent Partner focused on technical recruiting to join its Global Talent team in Coimbra, Portugal. In this high‑impact position you will own end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, cloud, security, DevOps, product and AI‑adjacent roles that power the company’s AI‑enabled Intelligent Communications platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent partner for technical hiring in Portugal, with flexibility to support global needs.
• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles across engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, DevOps, product and AI‑related disciplines.
• Develop deep knowledge of Intermedia’s AI‑enabled products and cloud technologies to assess and attract top talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to provide data‑driven insights, workforce planning and market intelligence.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑assisted sourcing tools, direct sourcing, referrals, market mapping and targeted campaigns.
• Build and maintain a high‑quality, high‑volume pipeline of technical candidates across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience and serve as a brand ambassador for Intermedia globally.

Required profile

• Proven track record of full‑cycle technical recruiting, preferably in SaaS or AI‑enabled technology environments.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong understanding of cloud, AI, and software development domains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
