Talent Business Partner – HR Leader for Tech Hub

About the role

The Talent Business Partner will lead the full HR and talent agenda for Ingenious Lion, Publicis Groupe’s technology hub in Portugal. Working closely with hub leads and tech managers, you will shape employee experience, drive talent development, and ensure compliance with Portuguese labour regulations in a fast‑growing, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and support payroll, benefits, salary updates, promotions and annual cycles.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and manage sensitive cases, disciplinary processes and risk assessments.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding, from admission to Day One and the first months, delivering sessions and monitoring experience.
• Coordinate career and feedback frameworks, talent reviews, internal growth discussions and retention strategies.
• Support international mobility, relocation processes and compliance with Portuguese labour law.
• Drive learning initiatives focused on tech and future skills such as AI tools, data and automation.
• Organise engagement activities, team events, recognition programmes and contribute to employer branding.

Required profile

• Strategic and operational HR partner with experience in a fast‑moving tech or digital environment.
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese employment legislation and internal HR policies.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle HR processes, employee relations and talent development programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, able to partner with senior leaders.
