HR Reporting Assistant – French Speaker

About the role

Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon as an HR Reporting Assistant, supporting French‑speaking employees and managers across the organization. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the friendly first contact for employees and managers on all HR‑related topics.
• Guide new joiners from offer letter through onboarding and beyond.
• Maintain HR systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and quality.
• Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
• Create HR letters, reports, and documents that simplify employee interactions.
• Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• A degree in HR, Management or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Fluency in French to support HR operations for France.
• Strong, clear communication and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Comfort working with diverse cultures and an adaptable, proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience using Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms (preferred).
