Senior MuleSoft Developer

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a Senior MuleSoft Developer to design and implement robust APIs that connect Salesforce with a variety of enterprise systems. The role blends technical expertise with collaboration across functional, business, and product teams to deliver scalable integration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and batch integration flows.
• Work with PostgreSQL and Cassandra databases for data management and integration.
• Integrate systems using real‑time messaging and batch processing on MuleSoft.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, balancing functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with teams using Heroku and Kafka on Google Cloud Platform to ensure performance and reliability.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders to align expectations and guarantee satisfaction.
• Contribute to project planning, task estimation, and technical assessments.
• Provide technical leadership and promote best practices within the development team.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in MuleSoft development or similar integration roles.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration and ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and Cassandra.
• Familiarity with Heroku, Kafka, and GCP environments.
• Proven ability to engage in architecture and technical solution discussions.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
• English level B2 or higher and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
