About the role
Accenture is seeking a Senior HR Partner Analyst to join its Corporate Functions team in Lisbon. The role supports leaders and employees across the HR life‑cycle, ensuring smooth integration, performance management, and a positive workplace environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support leadership on people‑related matters and performance promotion processes.
- Maintain high data quality for the assigned group and prepare ad‑hoc HR reports.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration of new employees.
- Handle employee discipline, grievances, and liaise with the Labour Law team as needed.
- Coach employees on flexible work, leaves, transitions, and development programs.
- Escalate HR issues and risks promptly and propose process improvements.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for leadership queries.
Required profile
- Graduate or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and conflict‑management abilities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential situations and work confidently under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
