French‑speaking Recruiter

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment partners with a multinational BPO company to provide top‑class customer support and sales services for leading brands. We are looking for a motivated French‑speaking Recruiter to attract and place talent for their teams in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Attract candidates using databases, social media, job fairs and other channels.
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Collaborate with department managers to validate hiring needs.
• Prepare and onboard new employees for full integration.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Create, update and maintain analytical reports and recruitment databases.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French proficiency.
• English fluency at B2/C1 level.
• At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes (profiles, assessments, interviews, follow‑up).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Proven sourcing techniques and understanding of referral programmes.
• Positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude with a community‑building approach.
