Italian-speaking Recruiter – Lisbon (Hybrid)

About the role

David Kennedy Recruitment partners with a multinational BPO company to hire an Italian‑speaking Recruiter for its Lisbon office. The recruiter will attract, assess and onboard talent to support customer support and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Attract candidates using databases, social media, job fairs and other channels.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Collaborate with department managers to validate hiring information.
• Prepare and onboard new employees for full integration.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Create, update and maintain analytical reports and recruitment databases.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Italian with English fluency (B2/C1).
• At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, assessments and follow‑up.
• Positive, “can‑do” attitude and community‑building approach.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and referral programmes.
