Senior HR Data Analyst

About the role

As a Senior HR Data Analyst within the Corporate Functions team, you will be the data backbone for HR and business partners, delivering reliable data solutions that enable fact‑based decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain self‑service data solutions such as certified data sources, dashboards and list reports.
• Own existing solutions, monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs and enhance features throughout their lifecycle.
• Support end‑users, manage stakeholder communication and provide proactive guidance on HR data matters.
• Advise HR Business Partners, Process Owners and functional teams on data trends and analytics opportunities.
• Contribute to HR transformation by enabling faster, data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Data Science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of analytics experience; HR experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail and customer‑orientation, preferably in a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
• Independent, hands‑on working style and ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience building data flows and visualisations for HR reporting.
