Junior Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our new Porto office. No prior recruitment experience is required – you will receive full training and support to develop your skills in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with client companies to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic talent solutions.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Some experience in an office‑based or professional services environment (internship or placement acceptable).
• Third‑level degree.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong time‑management and ability to work independently.
• Excellent phone etiquette and motivation to meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
