Research Associate – Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Research Associate Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring, while aligning talent acquisition with our strategic goals. The role focuses on attracting diverse talent, ensuring compliance, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
• Utilize sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain up‑to‑date candidate records.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers to ensure a fair, equitable, and legally compliant recruitment process.
• Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives and stay informed on recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of hiring laws and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to conduct phone and in‑person interviews and speak publicly.
