Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the full recruitment lifecycle for all business units, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely hiring. This temporary position works closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to drive efficient sourcing, screening, and selection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and post job listings on digital recruitment platforms.
• Source, screen, and filter candidate resumes through multiple channels.
• Maintain detailed records of candidates, interview notes, and recruitment materials.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage conflicts, and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs and hiring events.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and applicable employment laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment regulations.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Use of professional social networks such as LinkedIn and Indeed for sourcing.
