Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this position you will engage with customers from French‑speaking regions, answering inquiries via chat, email, and phone, and ensuring each interaction leaves the customer feeling supported and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English across multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team to achieve shared goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude when handling pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
