About the role
We are seeking a Polish‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a leading outsourcing/BPO provider based in Lisbon. The position is fully remote and offers the chance to support customers through phone, email and chat while contributing to high satisfaction levels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support via phone and email.
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle enquiries, process orders and manage account cancellations.
- Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files accurately.
- Communicate product information through email or chat.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities where relevant.
- Continuously seek improvements in service quality.
Required profile
- Native‑level proficiency in Polish with excellent written communication.
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication abilities.
