French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers through voice calls and live chat, providing clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support via phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, guide users step‑by‑step, and ensure successful resolution.
• Log every interaction in the CRM system and maintain detailed records.
• Identify recurring trends, share feedback, and help improve support processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on product priorities and updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
