About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will provide friendly, professional assistance to customers through voice calls and live chat, ensuring every interaction feels helpful and trustworthy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Log all interactions precisely in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
