Recruitment Internship – HR Support

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Lisbon as a Recruitment Intern and support the HR team throughout the hiring lifecycle. You will assist in everything from posting vacancies to onboarding new colleagues, gaining hands‑on experience in talent acquisition within a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Publish job advertisements on multiple job boards and social media platforms.
• Proactively search for and engage suitable candidates.
• Screen resumes, shortlist applicants, and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain recruitment data, track metrics, and update tracking tools.
• Prepare and organise documentation required for hiring and onboarding.

Required profile

• Degree (or ongoing studies) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Detail‑oriented with good time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum B1 level).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
