Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Hexa is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to drive IT talent acquisition for consulting and outsourcing projects. You will partner with internal teams to understand project needs, source qualified professionals, and ensure a transparent, trust‑based recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract IT professionals via job platforms, social media, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates against role requirements, technical context and cultural fit.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, maintaining clear communication and timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project needs, role expectations and priority skill sets.
• Provide market insights and candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Support feedback sessions and uphold a respectful candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technology needs.
• Nurture relationships with passive candidates and strengthen Hexa’s presence in the IT talent market.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within outsourcing, consulting or tech‑focused environments.
• Proven ability to source and assess developers, engineers, analysts or similar technical roles.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Collaborative, transparent and solution‑oriented mindset with ownership and adaptability.
