Human Resources Specialist (Senior)

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, personnel records, admissions and dismissals.
• Oversee compensation and compliance by ensuring accurate salary processing and coordinating occupational health requirements.
• Drive talent development and strategic analysis through training implementation and evaluation of key HR indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Professional proficiency (C1+) in Portuguese and English; optional Spanish (B2+).
• Minimum two years of experience in the Human Resources sector.
• Good understanding of Portuguese labour legislation.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Experience with payroll tasks.
• Working knowledge of Portuguese labour law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
