Recruiter – Fast‑track Career & Leadership Path in Malta

About the role

We are looking for a motivated recruiter to join our Malta office and accelerate their career in the high‑growth tech and gaming sectors. You will work in an English‑speaking, international environment where you can build long‑term client partnerships and quickly move from recruiter to leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and place talent for technology and gaming clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Drive the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team leadership as opportunities arise.
• Track performance metrics and achieve commission targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment (agency background preferred) or a sales‑driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and willing to relocate to Malta.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
