Private Travel Coordinator (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Private Travel Coordinator to support a busy entrepreneur and family in Lisbon. The role blends personal assistance, travel planning, and household coordination, ensuring the principal can focus on high‑value work and family life.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics, errands, bookings, purchases and returns.
• Coordinate appointments, suppliers, deliveries and household services.
• Maintain and protect the principal’s calendar, schedule meetings and personal appointments, filter emails and draft replies.
• Plan and execute travel itineraries, book flights, hotels, transport and restaurants, prepare packing lists and oversee luggage.
• Travel ahead of or alongside the principal to verify arrangements and resolve issues.
• Develop systems, checklists and routines to streamline personal operations.

Required profile

• Highly organized, discreet and service‑oriented.
• Proactive thinker who can anticipate needs and act independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust.
• Comfortable handling a wide range of tasks from admin to on‑the‑ground travel support.
