OutSystems Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking an OutSystems Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team in Lisbon. The role involves building and maintaining enterprise‑grade digital solutions on the OutSystems platform, working across the full software development lifecycle in an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Design and implement both frontend and backend components.
• Integrate applications with external systems, services, and REST APIs.
• Create and optimise SQL queries and manage database interactions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams following Agile/Scrum practices.
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and adoption of best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing applications with OutSystems.
• Strong full‑stack development knowledge covering frontend and backend.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL databases and REST/web‑service integration.
• Understanding of software architecture principles and development best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
