DevOps Engineer – CI/CD Specialist

About the role

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join a complex, large‑scale enterprise project. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines while addressing automation, security and operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously optimise CI/CD pipelines for highly regulated environments.
• Lead DevOps initiatives autonomously, identifying bottlenecks and removing blockers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on stability and reliability.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD workflows, preferably using GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers and cross‑functional stakeholders, communicating progress, risks and resolutions.
• Contribute to improvements in infrastructure, security, automation and deployment processes across the ecosystem.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps practices with a strong focus on automation and CI/CD.
• Hands‑on expertise with GitHub Actions for release pipelines.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to analyse and resolve complex production issues independently.
• Autonomous, proactive attitude and comfortable taking end‑to‑end ownership of initiatives.
• Effective communicator able to work with technical teams and project management, locally and remotely.
• Fluent in Portuguese, both spoken and written.
