O&M Bid Manager

About the role

Renvolt, a global provider of solar and storage services, is seeking an experienced O&M Bid Manager to lead the preparation of commercial and technical proposals for operation and maintenance contracts. The role involves deep analysis of RFQs, cost modelling and close collaboration with sales and engineering teams to win competitive tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse RFQs and tender documents to ensure proposals meet technical and commercial requirements.
• Develop and continuously improve costing models, updating assumptions and benchmarks.
• Lead the end‑to‑end tender process from RFP analysis through to project hand‑over.
• Support sales managers in shaping commercial strategies to enhance competitiveness.
• Coordinate scope clarification and contractual negotiations with customers.
• Manage the multidisciplinary tender team, interfacing with sales, engineering, procurement, operations and finance.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, confidentiality and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (business management degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering within the renewables or BESS O&M sector.
• Strong financial awareness with proven budgeting and P&L management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and cost estimation.
• Fluent English communication.
