Team Lead – Customer Renewal (EMEA)

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a Team Lead to head its Customer Renewal team across the EMEA region. You will drive customer retention, maximize renewal revenue and ensure a seamless, value‑driven renewal experience for our global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of renewal specialists throughout EMEA.
• Design and execute strategies to improve renewal rates and reduce churn.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback and support to the team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Finance to align renewal processes and goals.
• Identify at‑risk accounts and implement proactive engagement plans.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of the renewal pipeline.
• Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency and scalability.
• Represent the voice of the customer in internal initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer success, renewals or account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
• Proven track record of improving renewal performance and reducing churn.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
