About the role

We are looking for an ambitious graduate to join Home'Society as a Junior Sales Developer. This entry‑level position offers full training in modern sales strategies, customer communication and pipeline management within the luxury interior design sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: evaluate incoming leads via structured phone conversations and identify genuine opportunities for Account Executives.
• Proactive Outreach: contact new prospects under expert guidance, turning conversations into qualified business leads.
• Pipeline Management: track daily progress and keep the CRM organized.
• Team Collaboration: partner closely with Account Executives to gain a 360‑degree view of the sales cycle.
• Target Tracking: monitor personal performance metrics and KPIs with support from the team.
• Product Mastery: immerse yourself in our luxury design collections to discuss solutions confidently.

Required profile

• Recent degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Relations or a related field.
• Full professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, coachable and open to feedback.
• Strong telephone communication skills and comfort building professional rapport.
• Resilience and a mindset that views challenges as learning opportunities.
• Quick adoption of digital tools and CRM systems.
