O&M Bid Manager

About the role

Renvolt is seeking an experienced O&M Bid Manager to lead the preparation and delivery of commercial and technical proposals for operations and maintenance contracts in the renewable energy sector. The role involves deep analysis of RFQs, cost modelling, and close collaboration with sales and engineering teams to ensure competitive and compliant bids.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in RFQ and tender clarifications to ensure proposals meet customer expectations.
• Challenge technical and commercial inputs using benchmarks, industry standards, and prior experience.
• Lead tender processes from RFP analysis through to project hand‑over.
• Support sales managers in refining commercial strategies for increased competitiveness.
• Lead scope and technical clarifications during contractual negotiations.
• Maintain and regularly update costing assumptions and models.
• Assist Business Line managers in organisational adaptations to boost performance and market share.
• Manage the tender team and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders including sales, engineering, procurement, operations, HR, and finance.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, confidentiality, and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (business management degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering roles with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated experience in the renewable energy industry or battery energy storage systems (BESS).
