Outbound Sales Specialist – English (Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to join our Lisbon team. You will contact potential business clients, understand their advertising needs and guide them through the sign‑up process, helping to grow our revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients and generate new sales opportunities.
• Support prospects throughout the sign‑up process, presenting tailored advertising solutions.
• Handle objections using consultative selling techniques and guide prospects to a successful close.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Follow up with leads and work towards individual sales targets.

Required profile

• English C1/C2 proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales, lead generation or outbound calling experience.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong communication, consultative selling and objection‑handling abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset comfortable in a target‑driven environment.
