Strategy & Operations Senior Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Consultant you will work closely with clients to shape business strategies and design organisational and transformational plans. You will enjoy high client exposure, manage stakeholder relationships and turn client needs into concrete projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define and refine business strategies.
• Develop organisational and transformational road‑maps.
• Manage stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles.
• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans.

Required profile

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and structured thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership and project‑management experience.
• Client‑focused and results‑oriented attitude.
• Outstanding oral and written communication in Portuguese and English.
