Manager GBS Project Management

About the role

The Manager GBS Project Management will lead end‑to‑end projects within the Global Business Services organization, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget. This role supports the Human Resources strategy by optimizing processes, improving service delivery and implementing new systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute projects from initiation to closure, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Gather requirements, define objectives and develop detailed project plans.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and adjust scope, schedule or costs as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates and lessons‑learned sessions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, including risk logs, action plans and dashboards.
• Contribute to the evolution of project‑management methodologies and best practices within GBS.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of project‑management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience in change management, business‑process optimisation or continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, able to interact with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
