Learning Partner – HR Learning & Development

About the role

As a Learning Partner in Bosch's BTC‑EMEA2 team, you will work in a young, dynamic, and international environment. You will act as the key liaison between local business needs and regional corporate learning solutions, helping to shape the development of employees across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and advisor for managers and HR on suitable learning solutions, translating local needs into clear requirements.
• Align local learning needs with the existing corporate and regional training portfolio, promoting visibility and accessibility of all offerings.
• Support the rollout of training initiatives and guide employees in using learning tools and programs.
• Collect structured feedback on training effectiveness and user experience to drive continuous improvement.
• Bridge local stakeholders (HR Business Partners, HR departments, employee representatives) with regional learning teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR, Learning & Development, Training or a similar area; advisory or business‑partnering experience is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong organizational, coordination and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English; French and/or Italian are highly valued.
• Proactive, solution‑driven, able to work autonomously in an international, cross‑functional setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with corporate learning environments, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training processes.
