Human Resources Generalist Internship (Extracurricular)

About the role

Join Bosch’s Aveiro site as a Human Resources Generalist intern, supporting recruitment, onboarding and HR projects for a leading home‑comfort and R&D operation.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes: draft job descriptions, post vacancies, define selection criteria.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Assist with onboarding of new associates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to HR policies, tools implementation and project support.
• Provide HR analytics support, including monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Help with administrative employee processes and training management.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Social Sciences, Management or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, autonomous mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
