About the role
Dellent, a consulting firm specialized in information systems and telecommunications, is expanding its team in Aveiro. We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to source and engage talent for our technical projects. No prior recruitment experience is required – we value curiosity, energy and a willingness to learn.
Key responsibilities
- Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and other relevant channels.
- Source, screen and build shortlists of qualified candidates for various technical positions.
- Conduct interviews, including parts in English, to assess candidate fit.
- Maintain a candidate CRM, ensuring an up‑to‑date pipeline.
- Stay informed about technology trends to enable strategic conversations with candidates.
Required profile
- Eagerness to learn and grow in tech recruitment; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, tenacious and capable of building a solid network.
- English proficiency at least B2 level, with confidence to use the language daily.
