Learning Partner – HR Learning Advisor

About the role

As a Learning Partner within Bosch's BTC‑EMEA2 team, you will act as the bridge between local business needs and regional corporate learning solutions. Based in Aveiro, you will support managers and HR colleagues in identifying, selecting, and deploying the right learning initiatives to drive performance and development.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and advisor for managers and HR on learning solutions, translating business needs into clear learning requirements.
• Align local training needs with Bosch’s corporate and regional learning portfolio, ensuring visibility and accessibility of all programs.
• Support rollout of training initiatives and guide employees in using learning tools and platforms.
• Collect structured feedback on training effectiveness and user experience, reporting to regional teams to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration between local stakeholders (HR Business Partners, employee representatives) and regional learning teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR, Learning & Development, Training or a similar area; advisory or business‑partnering experience is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
