Key Account Manager – Iberian Zone

About the role

We are seeking a Key Account Manager for the Iberian Zone to join Plastivaloire Group, a leading international automotive plastics manufacturer. Based in Marinha Grande, Portugal, you will act as a strategic business partner for major automotive OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers across Spain and Portugal, driving revenue growth and strengthening long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts throughout the Iberian region.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with automotive OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers.
• Lead RFQs, commercial negotiations and acquisition of new contracts.
• Prepare N+1 budgets, business plans and monitor program profitability.
• Collaborate with industrial, project, purchasing and controlling teams to ensure reliable commercial and financial data.
• Represent Plastivaloire Group with senior‑level stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record in the automotive industry, preferably as a Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Manager.
• Understanding of Tier‑1 supplier dynamics and major OEM requirements.
• Higher education degree in business, engineering or a related technical field.
• Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a strong advantage.
• Autonomous, proactive and results‑oriented with strong relationship‑building skills.
