Junior IT Strategy Consultant

About the role

As a Junior IT Strategy Consultant you will work with clients to shape their business and technology strategies, supporting digital transformation initiatives across large Portuguese organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to define and align IT and business strategies.
• Develop digital transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Work alongside Data and Cloud Architects and Engineers on technology‑modernisation projects in Data & AI, Cloud & Infra, and application development.
• Produce reusable assets, technical documentation, and internal engineering standards for the xTech practice.
• Participate in project execution and client engagements from early stages, ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Proactive problem‑solver with a strong business sense.
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science, from a recognised institution.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a technology consulting services company.
• Excellent analytical, structured thinking and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of core technology concepts such as Cloud, Data, AI, Security and Application Development.
• Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
